These are our take on Pre Built modules.

Rhodes have designed and built a two bedroom primary module with a small mezzanine room and a one bedroom primary module.

Our primary modules are designed to either be a complete home with all ammenities or to have a secondary module attached.

What is particularly special about these modules is that they are exothermic with carefully selected products to achieve a healthier home and out perform the status quo.

They are insulated with Terra Lana wool insulation, have breathable wall linings and ventilated skillion roof structures.

Designed to be entry level to the market the specifications of the modules are far from entry level.

The modules can be relocated almost anywhere in the South Island of New Zealand or built onsite. They are designed to the ‘extra high wind zone’ standard.
